Inspections
Upon receipt of your order, we will agree a date with yourselves to carry out a survey. Our surveyors will attend site and carry out a full an detailed inspection of your staircase. Our surveyor will take written details and photographs.
A written report of the inspection with photographs will be emailed to you showing our findings and certificates will be issued upon passing, and a tag attached to the structure.

Maintenance
All our reports will include a quotation for any works that may be required to bring the inspected structure up to standard. Many of our recommendations can be completed by yourself or maintenance staff.
There is no obligation to proceed with this quotation, our reports are structured in a way that you can easily send them to fabricators to be priced by any company of your choosing.

In some cases, it may be more economical to remove the existing structure and replace with a new one that meets all the latest standards. This is usually true with older staircases that have suffered heavily over time from bad weather conditions.
